Cheshire Rides for Life is riding to honor Andy Celella and Mr. Mike, Cheshire residents who lost their lives to cancer. We are also riding to show our support for the Cheshire community, which has lost and continues to lose people we love.
It's not enough to wake up without them every day and to keep them alive in the stories we tell. We are riding to raise money for cancer research and people receiving treatment, doing what we can to take care of people. This is just what Andy and Mr. Mike did for all of us, and it's what we are happy to continue to do in their name.
Everything rides with us: those we've lost, our memories, new friends, the sadness, fear, and anger, and the hope that one day, we will beat this. Together.
